Executive Chef, The Residence
Paul Torrance is the Executive Chef for The Residence at Homewood. He brings with him 24 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including working at a Micheline Star rated restaurant in Glasgow, Scotland and in restaurants in Italy, Switzerland, Dubai and the United States. Paul’s global experience is built on a strong academic foundation. He holds an MBA in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Guelph, is a Certified Chef de Cuisine and holds diplomas in Italian Culinary Arts from George Brown College in Toronto and the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners in Italy.
Paul takes pride in crafting menus for The Residence that are delicious, socially aware and nutritious. He is passionate about using locally sourced ingredients in his cooking and training the next generation of great chefs.
