With over 30 years of experience in community services and healthcare, Gillian brings a wealth of experience to her role as The Residence Intake Concierge. Throughout her career, she has focused on empowering individuals on their wellness journey. A registered member of the College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, Gillian holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo and is an alumnus of Conestoga College.
Her background includes extensive work in addictions and mental health, where she has been instrumental in creating accessible pathways for patients and clients. Gillian is recognized for her ability to build strong community partnerships and apply clinical insight to improve outcomes for individuals, families, and patient experiences in our healthcare systems.
