Christina is an Occupational Therapist and the Coordinator of the Recovery Management Program. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from the University of Guelph and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from McMaster University. Christina has worked in the Recovery Management Program since its inception and has driven its implementation and growth. Understanding challenges and co-creating solutions underpins Christina’s passion for working with clients and ensuring quality programming and care.
Christina is registered with several Occupational Therapy Regulatory Colleges across Canada to offer comprehensive service. As an Occupational Therapist, Christina provides professional support to clients facing challenges with function. As these challenges may stem from biological, psychological, and environmental origins, Christina is able to utilize her practical knowledge and experience with cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, and motivational interviewing to overcome these barriers. Christina works under a practical, evidence-based lens with her clients to enable safe and individualized support.
