We provide an outstanding treatment plan that includes a balance of individual and group therapies tailored to your needs, strengths, and long-term goals.
- An average of 8-12 individual sessions with members of the interdisciplinary team that may include a psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, occupational therapist, recreational therapist, mental health nurses, personal trainer, art therapist, addictions counsellor and more
- Comprehensive, multi-day assessment and weekly follow-ups with a dedicated psychiatrist and psychologist
- Evidence-based group therapies, including programming that is DBT skills-based (dialectical behaviour therapy), CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), CPT (cognitive processing therapy) and mindfulness groups
- An intimate experience on the same campus as a 300-bed accredited hospital
- Access to the Homewood Interventional Psychiatry Service, including rTMS, ECT and Ketamine treatment at the discretion of the treatment team
